Hi, if anyone’s solved this problem I’d love to know how they did it! WinXP is running beautifully on the machine, all the other drivers went on with no problem, but whatever I do it just insists that the graphics drivers don’t match the hardware – it seems that XP just refuses to recognise the nVidia graphics card!!

Find the Intel G Graphics not chipset! Unless you really need the 3D gaming, the is a great laptop for everything else. Support Discussion English Search In. The major difference between the G and the is that one comes with the nVidia GeForce graphics card, and the other doesnt. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites.
All I EVER get is the Nvidia splash and then the same error saying that it cannot find a driver compatible with my hardware.
At least, mine did. I have tried modded.

If you have a without a ‘G’then the reason XP or any other OS wouln’t recognise the nVidia card is that it isn’t there!!! Already have an account?
